Using the app

How do I check off a coin?

Open a program and tap the P or D under a coin. Tap it again to uncheck it. Open the coin for its release date, description, and every mint mark.

Why don't I see S or W mint marks?

New collections track Philadelphia and Denver coins, the ones found in change. With Complete Collector, turn on San Francisco (S) and scarce finds (W and privy marks) in Collections › Edit.

How do I add a collection for each kid?

Tap the people button on the home screen, then Add collection. Extra collections are part of Complete Collector; each one has its own mint mark settings.

When do new designs show up?

New designs, such as the 2027 youth sports quarters, arrive with app updates. Turn on new design reminders in Settings to get a notification the morning each one is released.

Coming from 50 State Coins

Where are my checked coins from 50 State Coins?

Version 2.0 is a rebuilt app, and collections from the old version weren't carried over. Your state and territory checklist is still free, so you can check those coins off again.

Are national park quarters still free for me?

Yes. If you installed 50 State Coins before version 2.0, America the Beautiful national park quarters stay free on the same Apple Account.

Syncing and purchases

My collections aren't syncing between devices

Check that each device is signed in to the same Apple Account, that iCloud is turned on for Quarter Hunter in the Settings app, and that the device is online. Settings in Quarter Hunter shows the current iCloud status. A new device can take a minute to download collections the first time.

How do I restore Complete Collector on a new device?

Open Settings › Complete Collector and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.

Does Complete Collector work for my family?

Yes. It supports Family Sharing, so everyone in your Apple family group gets it after one purchase.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
